Next, the bathroom one of the sinks is clogged up which leaves the sink dirt residue around it. Then, we come to both beds the pillowcases were not cleaned there were stains there as well. I came to look and sure enough there it was. She's says mom the couch has white nasty stains on it. I have a four year and she's very picky about the things she sits on. This room for a weekend was very expensive and for it to be rated the best hotel in *************, ** we were expecting better. We get to the room and the room is unkept, unsanitary, as well as the bathroom. It took some time, but a room was found for us. So, a supervisor had to come and find us a room. When we arrived to check in there was a problem finding a room for us due to it being a weekend. This weekend my family and I reserved a room at said hotel. Wish I had so I can upload for you guys but one room was **** and the other one was ****. I didnt take pictures of the situation thinking that it was just a simple mistake. Now they told us instead of apologizing or anything she just check our bags with the bell hop and they will call us once everyone is satisfactory. Had to come downstairs again 2.5 total hours of this. They made it seem like an inconvenience then finally gave us a new room that the second we walked in you can tell was just smoked in. Once we told them they didnt apologize or say a simple sorry. We called down to have them fix the issue thinking they would come up she the room and take us to a new room instead the lady on the phone told my wife she would have to come back down **** online again, and let them know.
